RSX 15-2 self-regulating heating cable

The RSX 15-2 self-regulating heating cable is designed for use in situations where specific power requirements do not allow the use of standard heating cables. RSX 15-2 self-regulating heating cables provide frost protection and process temperature maintenance for metal and non-metal pipelines, tanks and equipment. The output thermal power of the RSX 15-2 cable varies according to environmental conditions along the entire length of the circuit. When the heat losses of the insulated pipeline, tanks or equipment increase (for example, due to a drop in ambient temperature), the output thermal power of the cable increases. Conversely, with a decrease in heat losses (due to an increase in temperature or product movement), the output thermal power of the cable decreases. The possibility of self-adjustment of RSX 15-2 cables allows you to avoid temperature damage to the cable in places of overlap. RSX 15-2 cables are designed for use in ordinary (unclassified) areas and are certified according to the ATEX and TRTS standard for use in explosive areas of Category 2 and 3 (Zone 1 and 2).
